About Me

Hi! Glad you are here. I know finding a therpist can be overwhelming and stressful so I hope you can be kind to yourself in the process. My name is Stephanie Sulman and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in WA State. I have a telehealth-only practice where I work with teens, young, adults, and adults.  I love working with neurodivergent folks (especially self and late-diagnosed Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD), queer folks, those with OCD, childhood trauma, religious trauma, health anxiety, political anxiety, anxious attachment styles, perfectionism and burnout.

 

 In my free time, you can find me reading, hiking, crocheting, sewing, exploring the PNW, or hanging out with my partner and three pets.
